Within 12 hours of placing your order, you can modify or cancel it. If 12 hours have passed, we may offer a change at our discretion. This is because as soon as your purchase is submitted, our artists begin processing and developing your personalized artwork.
If you’d want to modify your order to a different item (at the same price), please contact us and let us know what you’d like to change to. If they are not currently in production, they can be altered.
